Attendance Expectations

Expected Guidelines:
- Attend school regularly
- Arrive on time
- Participate actively in all classes and school activities
- Attend examinations and assessments as scheduled
Minimum Attendance Requirement
Students should maintain a minimum attendance percentage as required by educational authorities and school regulations.
Recommended Attendance: 90% and Above. Students with high attendance generally perform better academically and demonstrate stronger learning habits.
Punctuality
Students are expected to arrive at school before the designated reporting time.
Expected Guidelines:

- Report promptly after breaks

- Repeated late arrival may result in: Counselling, Parent notification, or Administrative review
Leave Application Procedure
Whenever a student is unable to attend school, parents should inform the school through the appropriate channel.
Examination Period Leave
Leave during examinations should be avoided except in exceptional circumstances.

- Avoid family travel during examinations
- Avoid unnecessary leave during revision periods
Hostel Leave Policy
For hostel students leaving campus:
